Step By Step Guidance Notes
The printing and framing studio above is divided into different stages to make your perfect printing and framing experience online.
Select the size you need by clicking on the options sizes
Upload your photos onto the online printing and framing studio by clicking “Add Image”. Once the image has been uploaded, you can crop the image by clicking on the “Crop image” to adjust the size. Simply click and drag the cropping box and center it over the portion of the image you want to print and frame.
Choose your picture mount, this option is optional. The mount will make your frame size bigger and you can choose from a single mount or double mount. The mount will enhance your photo making your picture stand out more and pick out certain colours and shades in your picture. There is also an option for how many layers you want? This usually works with a top layer and thin layer for the bottom layer.
You can combine different colours for the top and bottom, better to play around with it and see what you think. There is adjustable button for the bottom layer where you press “left and right” to see the different thickness of the lower layer or manually enter the measurements you want all the way around or different on each edge. These measurements are in MM. You can also choose the mount shape to be rectangle, square or oval.
If you decide not choose a mount, simply press the “No Mounts” and move to the next step.
Choose your frame. We have over 100 different colours, styles and designs of picture frames in stock. On the right hand side there is a drop down of all the different colours you require. Select the moulding image of the one you like and our online system will automatically build a visualization frame around your size. You can also choose choose different thickness and profiles. Each image has the exact description of the picture frame moulding for example, rebate size, width size, thickness, material etc.
Polycore is Recycled polystyrene good quality picture moulding material.
Our Wood range moulding are from companies that purchase their timber from sustainable sources and reforestation projects.
Choose your glass glazing. We send our Perspex glazing on all orders; this is much lighter and safer than glass.

Delivered to your door within 1-3 Days. All you need to do is hang on the wall or stand on the shelf.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
