We use only the best quality Epson inks to print both our canvas prints and paper prints. When you upload your digital or scanned image to be printed you will be given a wide choice of sizes that your image can be enlarged to the higher the quality of your image, the more sizes will be available to you. If you have any problems please get in touch, you will also be given a choice of high quality papers, either matt or lustre this paper has a slight sheen. We can also print your image onto good quality canvas. You will be given the choice of either white or black on the sides of your canvas or gallery wrap which will have part of your image on the sides, if you choose this option please make sure there is enough image on the sides of your photo so that none of the vital image is lost to the sides. All pictures must be in jpeg format and each individual image not to exceed a file size of 20mb.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can.

TOTAL SHIPPING TIME
The total turnaround time for your orders would range from 5 to 10 working days
* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, bad weather, strikes, remote locations or other causes.
* Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged Rs. 140 + GST for correcting the address after the shipment has started travelling.
If the address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, and the order is returned to origin, you will have to pay complete forward shipment charge to receive it again.
